Asda has agreed a deal with Ocado for the grocery technology company to take over all home deliveries from Britain’s third largest supermarket from next year.

Ocado will take over Asda’s delivery operations and will work from stores and “dark stores” – warehouses – from early 2027, the companies said in an announcement on Friday.
