AT&T now offers $3 day passes for 'unlimited' iPad cellular data
AT&T now offers $3 day passes for 'unlimited' iPad cellular data The Unlimited Day Pass could be a good option for weekends away or tourists. If you've ever needed iPad data for a day or two without signing a contract or paying for an entire month, AT&T has a new option. The company's Unlimited Day Pass offers 24 hours of unlimited wireless data to eligible iPad users for a flat $3 rate, without a contract, subscription or credit check.
Topology-aware reconstruction of cellular state landscapes from microscopy using self-supervised learning
Morphology and spatial organisation provide complementary readouts of cellular state. However, reconstructing continuous cellular state landscapes from imaging data remains challenging, particularly in dense biological cultures. Here we present SI-SimCLR, a spatially informed self-supervised learning framework that learns biologically informative representations directly from fluorescence microscopy images without requiring segmentation or manual annotation.

Chem-PerturBridge: a harmonized compendium of small molecule perturbation transcriptomic effects
Announce Type: new Abstract: Large perturbation models require training data encompassing chemical, cellular, and assay diversity. Current transcriptomic resources for small-molecule modeling, however, are fragmented across technologies, metadata conventions, controls, doses, and preprocessing pipelines. We introduce Chem-PerturBridge, a harmonized multi-dataset resource comprising over 37k compounds, 136 cellular contexts, and 1.25M transcriptomic samples across eight assay types, with...
RankByGene: Gene-Guided Histopathology Representation Learning Through Cross-Modal Ranking Consistency
arXiv:2411.15076v3 Announce Type: replace-cross Abstract: Spatial transcriptomics (ST) provides essential spatial context by mapping gene expression within tissue, enabling detailed study of cellular heterogeneity and tissue organization. However, aligning ST data with histology images poses challenges due to inherent spatial distortions and modality-specific variations. Existing methods largely rely on direct alignment, which often fails to capture complex cross-modal relationships.
Extrachromosomal DNA as a Causal Instrument for Spatial Multi-Omics
Spatial transcriptomics, multiplex imaging, and computational pathology now map tissue organization at cellular resolution, but the analyses applied to these data remain correlational. Clustering and co-occurrence statistics describe which features appear together; they cannot say which feature drives the others. We propose a framework for causal inference in spatial multi-omics built on a specific feature of extrachromosomal DNA (ecDNA).
UMITIC: An unsupervised framework for the joint characterization of cellular phenotypes and spatial neighborhoods in multiplex and hyperplex immunofluorescence imaging data
Multiplexed imaging technologies enable the simultaneous measurement of dozens of protein markers while preserving context, providing a high-resolution view of tissue organization schemes. However, extracting meaningful insights from these high-dimensional datasets--particularly in hyperplex settings (>20 markers)--remains a major computational challenge, especially in the absence of annotated data. Here, we present UMITIC (Unsupervised Analysis of Multiplex Images via TIssue...
6 Best Prepaid Phone Plans (2026): Tello, Boost, Google Fi, More
The Best Prepaid Phone Plans Featured in this article Prepaid cellular service is a type of service plan where you pay the cellular company in advance for access to its network. Unlike “postpaid” subscription plans, which often include a contract for service over a set period of months or years, prepaid plans don’t tie you down. You pay in advance every month, and you’re free to leave at any time.
£500 fine warning as people 'don't know what's coming' on June 29
£500 fine warning as people 'don't know what's coming' on June 29 Thee will be tough new penalties for dog walkers, street drinkers and anyone involved in anti-social behaviour With the Crime & Policing Act 2026 due to take effect on June 29 this year, local authorities will have greater flexibility in how they tackle anti-social behaviour, and a community enforcement expert has warned that fines could be ‘over double’ the current penalties. John Roberts, Chief Services Officer of Kingdom...
Why scammers target retirees in a 6-week summer window
Summer feels like freedom. Maybe you have grandchildren visiting, a road trip on the calendar or a beach rental already booked. Scammers see summer differently.
