Jewar airport corridor: Infrastructure project that could boost nearby property markets
As the Jewar international airport is set to host commercial flights by June 15, the Yamuna Industrial Development Authority is building a 15.1 kilometer long and 120 meter wide corridor that will improve connectivity of the upcoming airport with the Yamuna expressway. The project is a part of the overall ‘YEIDA master plan 2041’. Around 8 km of the project has already been constructed, the other 2 km is currently under construction near sector 22E, and the process of land acquisition for...
Tensor gradient flow with quasi-entropy for smectic liquid crystals and discretizations keeping coupled physical constraints
arXiv:2606.00659v1 Announce Type: cross Abstract: A gradient flow for the concentration and a $2\times 2$ tensor is constructed to describe smectic liquid crystals. The free energy consists of the entropy term and interaction term involving squared second order spatial derivatives. The entropy term incorporates the concentration in the quasi-entropy originally proposed for the tensor only, which is a strictly convex and lower semicontinuous function imposing coupled constraints between the...
Ahmedabad Metro expansion: Cabinet approves Rs 2,169-crore airport corridor
The Union cabinet on Tuesday approved Phase 2A of the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project, a 6.032-km corridor connecting Koteshwar Road to Ahmedabad Airport. The project, approved by the Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be built at a total cost of Rs 2,169.04 crore, including interest during construction (IDC). The new corridor will have five stations, including four elevated stations and one underground station.
Subtraction Gets You More: Gap-Aware Retrieval for Multimodal Multi-Hop QA
arXiv:2605.28641v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: In multimodal multi-hop question answering, we focus on the initial retrieval stage via two distinct tasks: (1) evidence set completion, retrieving missing evidence given context, and (2) sequential pool construction, iteratively building the top-$K$ pool from the scratch. Under these settings, we point out that conventional iterative retrieval frameworks often suffer from Semantic Anchoring, where previously fetched evidence traps the...
A Matter of TASTE: Improving Coverage and Difficulty of Agent Benchmarks
arXiv:2605.28556v2 Announce Type: replace Abstract: As agent capabilities advance, existing benchmarks, such as $\tau^2$-Bench, are becoming increasingly saturated. Yet constructing new benchmark tasks remains complex, costly, and labor-intensive. Moreover, the standard approach, in which scenarios are first written in natural language and then mapped to tool sequences, captures only a narrow subset of the tool-use patterns agents exercise.
LongDS-Bench: On the Failure of Long-Horizon Agentic Data Analysis
Announce Type: new Abstract: Real-world data analysis is inherently iterative, yet existing benchmarks mostly evaluate isolated or short interactive tasks, leaving agents' ability to track evolving analytical context over long horizons untested. We introduce LongDS, a benchmark for long-horizon, multi-turn data analysis where agents must maintain, update, restore, and compose evolving analytical states. LongDS comprises 68 tasks constructed from real-world Kaggle notebooks, spanning 2,225...
DiTTo: Scalable Order-aware All-in-One Image Restoration Agent
Announce Type: replace Abstract: Real-world images rarely suffer from a single degradation, and the order in which degradations are removed substantially affects the final restoration quality, motivating agent-based image restoration (IR), where a vision-language model schedules a pool of pre-built restoration-experts. However, existing training-based agents require $\mathcal{O}((N^{\mathbf{D}})^{2})$ restoration-expert calls per image to construct the Optimal Restoration-action Trajectory...

Discussion on the Physics Problem of a Boat Crossing a River
Announce Type: cross Abstract: This study addresses the boat river-crossing problem under non-uniform flow velocities by constructing three models: constant flow (Model 1), linear distribution (Model 2), and even-power function distribution (Model 3, adjustable via parameter n ). By using the vector addition, combined with the solutions of calculus and differential equations, the analytical expression of the ship's spatial trajectory under a fixed heading angle relative to the water flow is...
Quantum Hierarchical Locally Recoverable Codes
arXiv:2606.06736v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Quantum locally recoverable codes (QLRCs) have recently gained attention as a framework for achieving efficient quantum storage with local recovery capabilities. Analogous to their classical counterparts, QLRCs allow a lost qudit to be reconstructed using only a small subset of other qudits, thereby reducing the resource and operational overhead in recovery.
