CNG price hiked to Rs 86 per kg in Mumbai, piped gas to Rs 52 per unit

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) prices have increased by Rs 2 per kg in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, taking the new rate to Rs 86 per kg. Piped cooking gas will also see a 50 paise per unit hike. This rise is attributed to global energy supply chain disruptions and increased procurement costs.

Commercial LPG gets costlier: How much will a 19-kg cylinder cost? Check city-wise rates

Commercial LPG cylinder prices were hiked across India on Monday, with the cost of a 19-kg commercial cylinder rising by Rs 42 to Rs 53.50 in major cities. The revised rates came into effect from June 1 and apply to commercial LPG cylinders used by hotels, restaurants and businesses. There has been no change in the price of domestic cooking gas cylinders.

KG-FairDiff: Knowledge Graph-Guided Prompt Refinement for Demographically Fair Text-to-Image Generation

arXiv:2606.01282v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Text-to-Image (TTI) systems are now everyday infrastructure for journalism, education, advertising, and public communication, and the demographic and cultural stereotypes they inherit from training data (rendering women, people of colour, older adults, and non-Western cultures as under-represented or caricatured) become a population-level harm at deployment scale. Existing mitigations either require costly retraining, infeasible for the...

Harnessing Structural Context for Entity Alignment Foundation Models

Announce Type: new Abstract: Entity alignment (EA) aims to identify equivalent entities across heterogeneous knowledge graphs (KGs) and is a key component of knowledge fusion and cross-KG reasoning. The recent EA foundation model demonstrates that alignment knowledge, once pretrained, can be directly applied to diverse previously unseen KG pairs. However, it still underuses structural context in two places: cross-KG interaction is weak during encoding, and final candidate ranking still...

Mixture-of-Experts Knowledge Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation for Multi-Agent LLM-based Recommendation

Announce Type: replace Abstract: Large language models (LLMs) have recently been adopted for recommendations due to their ability to understand user intent and item semantics. However, LLM-based recommender systems often rely on parametric knowledge and suffer from outdated knowledge, motivating knowledge graph retrieval-augmented generation (KG-RAG) to ground recommendations on structured, up-to-date KGs. Despite this promise, effective KG-RAG in recommendations faces great challenges.

Centre cuts subsidised LPG cylinders for Ujjwala beneficiaries from 9 to 4

The Centre on Monday reduced the number of subsidised cooking gas cylinders available annually to beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) from nine to four aligning the support with average household consumption levels, a senior government official said. Under the flagship scheme launched in May 2016, beneficiaries were initially entitled to 12 subsidised 14.2-kg LPG cylinders every year. The quota was reduced to nine cylinders last year and has now been cut further to four.

Generating Graph-like Rules for Knowledge Graph Reasoning via Diffusion Models

arXiv:2605.30747v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Logical rules constitute a cornerstone of knowledge graph (KG) reasoning, valued for their interpretability and ability to model relational patterns. However, existing rule mining methods predominantly focus on simple chain-like rules and therefore neglect the richer relational information encoded in graph-like structures, such as cycles and branches. This limitation is further exacerbated by computational bottlenecks caused by the...

'Inflation man has cracked the whip again': Cong slams PM Modi over commercial LPG price hike

The Congress party on Monday attacked the Centre after commercial LPG cylinder prices were increased by up to Rs 53.50 from June 1, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of burdening people with rising costs. The opposition party alleged that 'Inflation Man Modi' had once again 'cracked the whip' by raising LPG prices. The attack came after the price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder was increased across major cities.
