Stop Wandering, Find the Keys: LLMs Discriminate Key States for Efficient Multi-Agent Exploration
Announce Type: replace Abstract: With expansive state-action spaces, efficient multi-agent exploration remains a longstanding challenge in reinforcement learning. Although pursuing novelty, diversity, or uncertainty attracts increasing attention, redundant efforts brought by exploration without proper guidance choices poses a practical issue for the community. This paper introduces a systematic approach, termed LEMAE, choosing to channel informative task-relevant guidance from a...

Q-Delta: Beyond Key-Value Associative State Evolution
Announce Type: new Abstract: Linear attention reformulates sequence modeling as recurrent state evolution, enabling efficient linear-time inference. Under the key-value associative paradigm, existing approaches restrict the role of the query to the readout operation, decoupling it from state evolution. We show that query-conditioned state readout induces a structured value prediction over accumulated memory that complements key-based retrieval.
The key strategy red states are using to lower housing costs revealed
Texas, Florida and other booming red states aren't just winning the migration race because of lower taxes and warmer weather — they've also embraced an anti-regulation housing strategy that many high-cost states have resisted. As Americans and businesses continue pouring into southern states, the influx is testing whether fast-growing regions can add enough homes and infrastructure to keep pace. And southern states are keeping up by decreasing regulations that put roadblocks up for faster...

State pension age rising DWP confirms 11 key birthdates impacted
State pension age rising DWP confirms 11 key birthdates impacted The state pension age is rising from 66 to 67 in stages and when you can claim depends entirely on when you were born The age at which millions of Britons can claim their state pension is beginning to climb to 67 this year - with the adjustments already underway - but experts have clarified that it hinges on your date of birth. The current state pension age stands at 66, but this will gradually rise over the next two years...
A Bell-State Extension of Loop-Back Quantum Key Distribution
Announce Type: cross Abstract: Bidirectional quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols face persistent challenges related to classical disclosure, confinement of the signal space to predictable subspaces, and limited detectability under substitution or entanglement-swapping attacks. In this work, we present a Bell-state extension of the Loop-Back QKD architecture that improves efficiency and detectability while preserving its defining feature of a simplified, measurement-free remote terminal....
Depth-Attention: Cross-Layer Value Mixing for Language Models
Announce Type: new Abstract: Self-attention selects information freely across the sequence, but across depth, Transformers merely add each layer's output to the residual stream, so later layers cannot selectively reuse earlier-layer representations. Recent cross-layer methods improve this flow but operate on hidden states outside attention, adding state beyond the key-value cache at inference--a cost that becomes increasingly salient as modern LLMs compress the cache with grouped-query and...
