Delhi high court sends notice to CBSE, Centre on NSUI plea
The Delhi high court on Monday issued a notice to the Centre and CBSE on a plea by the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), alleging “large-scale irregularities and deficiencies” in the newly introduced On-Screen Marking system. A vacation bench of Justices Neena Bansal, Krishna and Madhu Jain sought responses from the department of education and the board, and listed the matter for June 12.
