Apple partnering with Google and Nvidia for most advanced AI model
Apple on Monday revealed what it's been working on in artificial intelligence at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in Cupertino, Calif. WWDC showed off demos of its redesigned Siri, which can speak back and forth with the user, a major improvement over previous versions of the assistant. In a demo, Siri was able to check concert dates, set a reminder to buy tickets, and even get directions to pick up a friend on the way to the concert venue. But the announcement also highlighted...
K-BrowseComp: A Web Browsing Agent Benchmark Grounded in Korean Contexts
arXiv:2606.02404v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Frontier model evaluations are shifting from foundational capabilities (e.g., instruction following and reasoning) toward compositional, agentic ones, but Korean agentic benchmarks remain scarce. We introduce K-BrowseComp, a web-browsing agent benchmark grounded in Korean contexts, consisting of 400 problems. The 300-problem K-BrowseComp-Verified subset is manually constructed and validated by native Korean speakers.
Human-Like Neural Nets by Catapulting
Human-like Neural Nets by Catapulting Speculative proposal to create artificial neural nets with human-like performance by high-learning-rate/regularization training of overparameterized NNs to trigger catapulting/grokking. Over-parameterization as a route to true generalization would resolve many outstanding mysteries of artificial versus natural intelligence. There are many mysteries about deep learning and human intelligence, but we could describe the biggest anomaly this way: why are...
Microsoft’s AI chief says superintelligence is near, but won’t take your job
Today I’m talking with Mustafa Suleyman, the CEO of Microsoft AI. And I’m actually going to keep today’s intro short — I’m working from my wife’s family farm this week, as you’ll see in the video, but also this is a real burner of an episode. We covered everything from Mustafa’s approach to training new models to his criticisms of Anthropic talking about Claude as though it is conscious.
Morgan Stanley will soon open its trillion-dollar wealth management funnel to AI agents
Morgan Stanley will soon open a key wealth management funnel to artificial intelligence agents from thousands of corporations, CNBC has learned exclusively. It's one of the earliest instances of a major Wall Street bank opening its platforms to external AI tools. The move will allow clients' autonomous agents to pull data and insights directly from the firm's stock administration platforms, ShareWorks and Equity Edge, bypassing the traditional software interfaces built for human users,...

Launch HN: Rudus (YC P26) – AI for concrete contractors
Hi HN, we’re Rishi and Sahil. We’ve developed Rudus (https://www.rudus.ai/), an AI-powered takeoff and estimation platform built for concrete subcontractors. Takeoff is the process of measuring and quantifying materials from concrete plan sheets.
Agent-led devs need serverless OpenSearch, Amazon claims
Amazon has re-engineered its serverless OpenSearch database service, separating storage and compute in a move it claims will benefit developers faced with new demand characteristics of agentic AI. The new serverless system would avoid the problem of users paying for idle compute capacity between demand bursts, the vendor claims. Speaking to The Register, Tia White, Director of OpenSearch, AWS said: “Collections can shrink all the way to zero when nothing's happening.
Best Sleep Trackers of 2026: Oura, Whoop, and Eight Sleep
One of the most notable shifts in sleep technology is the transition from passive tracking to active guidance. Increasingly, consumer sleep trackers are offering AI-driven coaching and personalized recommendations that help users translate data into healthier habits. When thoughtfully implemented, this evolution has meaningful potential to improve outcomes.
