A Causal Probabilistic Framework for Perception-Informed Closed-Loop Simulation of Autonomous Driving
Announce Type: new Abstract: Software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation is a cornerstone for the validation of modern automotive safety functions. However, many current frameworks utilize ideal sensing, which bypasses the functional insufficiencies of perception algorithms, leading to over-optimistic safety assessments. This paper proposes a perception-informed SIL testing methodology that bridges the gap between ground-truth simulation and real-world perception behavior.
High resolution spatial transcriptomics decodes the microenvironmental determinants of response to Nr-CWS therapy in cervical precancerous lesions
Immunotherapy with Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton (Nr-CWS) can clear human papillomavirus (HPV) and induce regression of cervical precancerous lesions, yet many patients do not respond. The cellular and molecular basis for this heterogeneous clinical outcome remains unknown. Using high-resolution spatial transcriptomics, we profiled squamous intraepithelial lesions (SIL) from patients stratified by their subsequent response to Nr-CWS therapy.
SoulsOnly.tff – A font for humans not AI and keyboard firmware to type in it
A font whose rendered glyphs spell readable text while the stored character stream (what copy-paste, HTML/PDF extraction, and scrapers see) is noise. The font is the decoder, applied only at the rendering layer, and the cipher is driven by an ordinary keyboard: you type normal keys, the keyboard emits the noise stream, and only this font renders it back into words. This is a craft and statement project, not a claim of unbreakable security.
Light-induced quantum friction of carbon nanotubes in water
Abstract Friction slows down moving objects at both macroscopic and microscopic scales1. At the electronic level, quantum friction describes direct transfer of momentum between a liquid and the electrons of a solid2. Owing to its microscopic nature, this phenomenon remains experimentally challenging to capture3.
MUDIDI: A Two-Stage Framework for Multilingual Dictionary Digitization with Language Models
arXiv:2606.09435v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Multilingual dictionaries are among the most valuable documentary resources for low-resource and endangered languages, yet many remain available only as scans. For many decades, their digitization and conversion into a machine-readable format was nearly impossible due to language-specific scripts, complex multi-column layouts full of entries with abbreviations and cross-references. Recent vision-language models offer a promising solution, but...
