Duo arrested in north-west Victoria after cross-border pursuit

Police have arrested a 28-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman they say were involved in a robbery, shooting and assault before a cross-border pursuit near Mildura. The pair, both from Mildura, were detained in Trentham Cliffs, New South Wales, about 15km east of Mildura. They were arrested without incident about 1:30pm today at Buloke Street, Red Cliffs, after members of the public called Triple Zero (000).
