Design Once, Deploy at Scale: Template-Driven ML Development for Large Model Ecosystems
arXiv:2603.24963v3 Announce Type: replace Abstract: Modern computational advertising platforms typically rely on recommendation systems to predict user responses, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and other optimization events. To support a wide variety of product surfaces and advertiser goals, these platforms frequently maintain an extensive ecosystem of machine learning (ML) models. However, operating at this scale creates significant development and efficiency challenges.
eMoT: evolving Memory-of-Thought via Symbolic Anchoring and Memory Corrosion
Announce Type: new Abstract: While Large Language Models (LLMs) achieve impressive performance on multi-step reasoning tasks, their reliability is persistently hindered by critical limitations such as unconstrained hallucinations and poor numerical computation. Fundamentally, these issues arise because standard models treat reasoning as a transient, one-off generation process rather than retaining and refining successful procedural logic. To address these challenges, we propose eMoT...
Amplicon/Protein Bead Display enables quantitative in vitro biochemistry at scale
Scalable methods for producing and characterizing protein libraries are essential for generating standardized datasets needed to train models linking sequence to function. Here, we present Amplicon/Protein Bead Display (APB-Display), which expresses and purifies >100,000 protein variants in vitro in 1 day. APB-Display uses particle-templated emulsification to generate libraries of hydrogel beads that covalently display many copies of a given protein variant and its encoding DNA.
An AutomationML Domain Library for the Formalized Process Description
arXiv:2606.03691v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: The Formalized Process Description (FPD) according to VDI/VDE 3682 provides a standardized graphical notation for describing processes across engineering domains but lacks a standardized, tool-independent data format for machine-readable model exchange. This paper presents an AutomationML (AML) domain library that formalizes the complete set of FPD language elements, their attributes, connection semantics, and graphical representation...
Ahoy, DECmate II the little PDP-8 that could
Now, that's a lot of word processing. But under the hood it's still at least PDP-8 adjacent, even considering its oddities and incompatibilities, and you can make it do many of the things a full-size Eight can. We'll take this basic unit, convert the floppy drives to solid state, tap the video output, and put it through its paces.
A prognostic human brain network for diffuse midline glioma
Abstract Diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs) are near-universally lethal tumours of the childhood central nervous system1,2. In animal models, DMGs form brain-wide integrated networks through neuron-to-glioma synapses3,4,5,6 and glioma-to-glioma gap junctional coupling3. This extensive connectivity robustly promotes the growth and invasion of DMG3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and other glial malignancies10,11,12 through paracrine mechanisms and direct neuron-to-glioma synapses.
MCERF: Advancing Multimodal LLM Evaluation of Engineering Documentation with Enhanced Retrieval
Announce Type: replace Abstract: Engineering rulebooks and technical standards contain multimodal information like dense text, tables, and illustrations that are challenging for retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems. Building upon the DesignQA framework [1], which relied on full-text ingestion and text-based retrieval, this work establishes a Multimodal ColPali Enhanced Retrieval and Reasoning Framework (MCERF), a system that couples a multimodal retriever with large language model...
Metadata Collector: An Open-Source Platform for Standardized Metadata Management in Multi Centre Sequencing Projects
Background: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) projects generate increasingly complex metadata that are critical for reproducibility, interoperability, and compliance with FAIR principles. Nevertheless, metadata curation in multi-institutional settings often still relies on spreadsheets, manual data entry and curation, as well as non-standardized terminology. These practices frequently result in incomplete or inconsistent annotations, hinder metadata sharing, and delay submission to public...
Flipper Zero Zig Template
A modern, production-ready template for developing Flipper Zero applications using the Zig programming language. This project provides a streamlined build system that integrates Zig with the Flipper Zero SDK, enabling developers to write type-safe, memory-safe applications for the Flipper Zero platform. This template bridges Zig's powerful build system and language features with the Flipper Zero firmware development kit.
Hardness as an Information Constraint: A Unifying Meta-Complexity Assumption
Announce Type: new Abstract: Monroe (2026) shows that the nonexistence of an optimal proof system can be read as an information constraint regarding canonical hard instances: no sound arithmetic theory simulates the extensions adjoining sufficiently large, unprovable Busy Beaver values. Furthermore, if the best-known route to simulation is also necessary -- that is, if simulation requires a relative-consistency explanation over a weak base theory -- then the same constraint holds for...
