CellClick: an interactive platform for adjustable and accurate cell type annotation in single-cell and spatial omics data

Here, we present CellClick, an interactive platform for convenient and accurate cell type annotation in single-cell and spatial omics data. CellClick provides Data Preprocessing, Data Visualization, Cell Annotation, Annotation Validation, and Cell Reannotation modules, which facilitate automatic or user-guided cell selection and annotation. The feasibility of using CellClick to generate more accurate cell annotation results was exemplified by both scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics data.
