CHANDIGARH: A cashier at a medical store in Chandigarh’s Sector 11 was shot dead on Saturday afternoon after two masked men allegedly opened fire inside the shop. The victim, identified as Janki Das, was seriously injured in the attack and was rushed to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. According to police, the incident took place around 2.30 pm when two masked men entered the medical store and fired multiple rounds at Das before fleeing.
