The fire is causing an intense column of smoke next to the AP-7 motorway where there is traffic congestion in both directions, near Barberà del Vallès. Footage taken from a neatby highway shows smoke pouring from the burning facility. A video posted by the local fire service shows rescue crews on site as smoke billows in the background. "We are there with 18 units, working with the objective of preventing the spread of the fire to nearby warehouses." Up to 17 fire engines are battling a fire burning at an industrial warehouse belonging to the Honda company in the Torre del Rector industrial estate, in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. The fire started on the roof of the building, which is fitted with solar panels, and has completely engulfed the ceiling and interior of the building, according to the Fire Department. The entire building has been evacuated and there are no personal injuries.
