A huge fire has broken out at a busy harbour with firefighters scrambling to tackle the blaze as smoke pours into the sky.
A plume of smoke has been pictured rising over Abroath harbour in Angus, on the eastern coast of Scotland on Tuesday morning.
It is unclear how the fire started but the Daily Record reports flames have been seen coming from a bundle of fishing creels as firefighters stand nearby with hoses dousing them with water.
Pictures taken at the scene show a massive cloud of smoke above the flames. Another shot captures a fire engine with a hose attached to the vehicle running towards firefighters.
The smoke can also be seen billowing over a row of residential houses close to the harbour area.
