A coronial inquest into her death began in 2023, but was suspended days later due to the arrest of a 47-year-old man.
The man was charged with domestic violence-related murder and remains before the courts.
Police will allege in court that the man murdered Ms Sensoy between December 6, 2018, and December 11, 2018, in the Blacktown area.
Police said human remains, believed to be those of Ms Sensoy, were discovered on Thursday.
The remains will undergo forensic examination to confirm the identity.
Investigations are ongoing.
