They said a man's body was found inside the the building. "At this stage it is believed the deceased is an adult who frequented the shed on a regular basis. "Investigations are ongoing in relation to the cause of the fire — which is believed to have been deliberately lit — to determine if there are any suspicious circumstances." Police are also investigating a fire on Franklin Street, Richmond, which was reported about 5.50am. They said a small business was damaged by that fire, and the man who died was linked to both properties. Anyone with information in relation to either fire or suspicious activity in the areas, is asked to contact police.
