A police officer has been accused of rape and sexual assault as he is due to appear in court.
West Yorkshire Police Detective Constable Dan Livesley, 48, is charged with rape and three counts of sexual assault.
The officer, based at Bradford District, will appear before York Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 30.
The charges are related to offences which have reportedly taken place while the officer was off duty.
An investigation has been carried out by North Yorkshire Police and Livesley is currently suspended from duty.
