Two charged with murder of 'kind soul' in stabbing attack Radwan Shakur, from Wembley, London, was found with stab wounds in Central Park, Chelmsford Two teenagers have been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in a park in Chelmsford, Essex. Romeo Mfinda, 18, of Widford Chase, Chelmsford, and a 17-year-old boy also from Chelmsford, who can't be named for legal reasons, have both been charged with murder, possession with intent to supply cannabis, and possession of a knife in a public place. Radwan Shakur, from Wembley, London, has been identified as the victim by Essex Police.
