The transaction is the second collateralized loan obligation (CLO) in less than a year for the International Finance Corp., the World Bank’s private-sector arm, after a similar-sized deal last year. It bundles 62 dollar-denominated loans from borrowers in South America, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia into a multiple-tranche bond offering.
