England's luckiest fan and 'That World Cup Guy' travel around the US to see Three Lions in 'dream trip' Andy Milne was selling his second home to fund his trip to the US, and his best friend Stuart is staying at each of England's World Cup venues for free, thanks to Hilton Hotels' kind offer The best mate of 'That World Cup Guy' may be the luckiest man at the tournament this summer. Andy Milne landed an accommodation deal with Hilton Hotels after the Mirror revealed he was selling his second home to fund his trip to see England in the US. He has had two viewings for the £350,000 property - but no offers just yet. His old friend and former colleague Stuart Kenyon, 48, a geography teacher from Northwich in Cheshire, is travelling around each World Cup venue for free as a result. They stayed at the Hilton in Dallas before the game and enjoyed a reception where they met England fans from across the US, as they embarked on a remarkable seven-week journey around the country. Stuart, who lives close to Andy in Northwich, Cheshire, joked: "It is a tough gig but someone has to do it. We used to do school trips together abroad with the pupils before Andy retired. But this is something else. We have been so lucky." He added: "I had steak with shrimp last night and the accommodation makes such a difference. It is a great way of following England though Andy is working hard." Andy, 63, has just released the story of his travels to nine World Cups in his book 'That World Cup Guy'. He is promoting it at the World Cup and enjoyed an 'England Night' at the Seven Doors Kitchen in Dallas. Andy, former teacher with Stuart at The Grange school in Cheshire, is enjoying the whole experience in the United States. Both he and Stuart have the £45 tickets through the official England fans' club, as a reward for their loyal support. "I have been to every World Cup since 2006," he said. "This one has been hard work so far; everything is so far apart in Dallas, and fans really have to travel to get between places. But the stadium is amazing and I think that I am quite close to the front. You have to enjoy every moment." Andy will soon be 'Grandee Andy' with the birth of his first grandchild due in the summer; he will travel to see his daughter and mum-to-be Laila in Australia with his wife Achla, 63, after the tournament. If England were to win, he would write new chapters for his book to cover the crowning glory of his lifetime following the national side. Andy found fame at the tournament in Qatar when he was seen holding a replica of the famous Jules Rimet trophy. The photo of him celebrating England's 3-0 victory over Senegal in the round of 16 appeared in the Mirror. Seven Doors manager and owner Jacob Quintana, 36, said of the England night: "The World Cup has come at just the right time for the US. It is nice to have everyone together and see the joy and happiness when the fans come together no matter what the team." Stijn Bastiaens, vice president, marketing and loyalty, EMEA, Hilton said: “As a proud partner of the FA and the official hotel partner of the England teams, we know that when you’re supporting England away, it matters where you stay. "So, when we heard about Andy and how far he was prepared to go to support his team, we had to step in. We’ve taken care of him, making sure he is perfectly match-ready with the best hotels to rest and recuperate across the tournament. "But we didn’t want to stop there. Behind every team are the fans who support them every step of the way, so look out for Andy in our new campaign as he stars alongside his icons - Jordan Pickford, Ray Parlour, Jill Scott and Morgan Rogers.”
