A teenager accused of killing a 58-year-old man at a house party in Brisbane's north last year has been ordered to stand trial. Greg Josephson was found dead at a Clayfield home, where dozens of teenagers were attending a gathering, in June 2025. It will be alleged the then 15-year-old boy stabbed Mr Josephson, who was known to him. The teenager was arrested a few streets away and charged with murder. He appeared in the Brisbane Childrens Court on Wednesday via video link for a hand-up committal. His lawyer, Kris Jahnke, told the court there were 104 witness statements, which were submitted to the court. Mr Jahnke consented for his client's case to be committed to the Supreme Court for trial. When the boy was asked if he wanted to present any evidence, he said: "no thank you". He was also asked if he wanted to enter a plea, and he replied: "no, Your Honour". The teenager was remanded in custody, and his case will return to court at a later date.
