Mukesh Ambani Says Jio Platforms to File Its IPO Papers Friday Billionaire Mukesh Ambani said Reliance Industries Ltd.’s digital unit will submit its listing documents by Friday, starting the process of unlocking shareholder value in one of India’s most-anticipated initial public offerings. “The board of Jio Platforms Ltd. has approved its draft red herring prospectus and it will be filed” with the Indian market regulator on Friday, Ambani said during his annual address to shareholders of Reliance, the parent of his oil-to-retail conglomerate. Jio Platforms’ board approved the issue of as many as new 270 million shares of face value of 10 rupees each.
