It's already Week 5 of the 2026 Premier Lacrosse League season! On June 19 and 20, the league heads to James M. Shuart Stadium on Long Island.
There are two PLL games Friday and one on Saturday, along with one WLL matchup Saturday. The defending champion New York Atlas play one game each day, and are hoping to turn things around after a disappointing start to the campaign.
Read on for details on each game including how to watch, storylines and key stats courtesy of the PLL.
As a reminder, fans can catch all of the action in the ESPN App and in the PLL streaming hub.

Friday, 6 p.m. ET
Injury report:

Atlas: SSDM Max Krevsky out (right adductor/groin), LSM Michael Grace out (PUP list), M Luke Rhoa out (right wrist), FO Trevor Baptiste out (PUP list), A Jeff Teat out (PUP list)
Cannons
As Marcus Holman chases down the all-time goals record (he's 25 behind John Grant Jr.), this is also his first Father's Day.
Atlas
The Atlas enter the weekend on a three-game losing streak. The franchise has had just two four-game losing streaks in its history (2020 and 2023), and just two teams since 2001 have had four-game losing streaks and gone on to win a championship (2009 Toronto Nationals and 2010 Chesapeake Bayhawks).

Friday, 8:30 p.m. ET

Redwoods: SSDM Dante Bowen out (unavailable to travel), A Finn Thomson out (unavailable to travel), D Chris Fake IR (left hamstring), A Wes Berg out (PUP list), D Cole Kastner out (PUP list), M Aidan Danenza questionable (right heel contusion)
Archers
Mac O'Keefe had a performance for the ages in Utah's win over Carolina, with a PLL record seven goals. It was hist first hat trick since the 2024 championship.
Redwoods
Like Marcus Holman, Redwoods attacker Dylan Molloy is celebrating his first Father's Day this weekend.
Maryland Charm (1-0) vs. New York Charging (1-0)
Saturday, 6:15 p.m. ET
Charm
Attacker Ashley Humphrey scored nine points in her first game, which is the current WLL record. She became just the ninth player in PLL or WLL history to hit that benchmark.
Charging
Many compare attributes of lacrosse to those of basketball, and some players use tactics from hoops on the lacrosse field. Charging attacker Erin Coykendall is one such player; she studies game film of Luka Doncic to improve her game.
Maryland Whipsnakes (3-1) vs. New York Atlas (1-3)
Saturday, 9 p.m. ET
Injury report:
Whipsnakes: G Shaun Ito out (unavailable to travel), FO Matthew Paolatto out (PUP list), FO Joseph Nardella out (PUP list), LSM Colin Squires out (PUP list), SSDM Payton Rezanka out (PUP list)
Atlas: SSDM Max Krevsky out (right adductor/groin), LSM Michael Grace out (PUP list), M Luke Rhoa out (right wrist), FO Trevor Baptiste out (PUP list), A Jeff Teat out (PUP list)
Whipsnakes
Future Hall of Famer Rob Pannell and rookie Joey Spallina both have ties to Long Island and Shuart Stadium. In fact, Spallina's dad Joe was the coach of the New York Lizards in the 2010s, the team for which Pannell starred. Pannell enters the weekend 13 points shy of Paul Rabil's PLL career record for points.
Atlas
Matt Rambo is the Whipsnakes' career points leader, with 183, and Saturday's game will be his first game against Maryland, having been picked up by the Atlas two weeks ago.
