Russian strikes on eastern Ukraine kill three and injure 22

Oleksandr Ganzha, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said one person died and nine were wounded following a wave of attacks on three districts of Dnipropetrovsk.
"The enemy attacked more than 20 times with drones, artillery and air bombs," he wrote in a post on Telegram.
A 70-year-old woman died in a strike on the Nikopol district of the region, with a number of houses and a car also damaged, he added.
Two businesses were also struck in the region of Poltava on Saturday, according to the Poltava Regional Military Administration head, Vitaliy Dyakivnych.
Dyakivnych said two people died in the attack and 13 people, including six children, were injured.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on Saturday that his forces had targeted an oil-processing facility in Russia's Tyumen region in Western Siberia.
"The job was carried out by the new, upgraded FP drones that can now reach targets at distances of 3,000 kilometers. I am grateful to the Fire Point engineers," Zelenskyy said in a post on social media.
Ukraine has been ramping up its attacks on Russian energy facilities in recent weeks, particularly targeting oil facilities.
