Brussels residents cool off in fountains as heatwave grips Belgium

Residents and visitors in Brussels sought relief from soaring temperatures on Monday by cooling off in the fountains of Parc du Cinquantenaire. Temperatures are expected to continue rising throughout the week, with forecasts predicting highs of up to 35C.
