The Spanish lender is finalizing an SRT deal tied to around €2 billion ($2.3 billion) of infrastructure loans, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified because the transaction is private. More than a third of the reference portfolio consists of financing for digital infrastructure, they said, adding that final terms are subject to discussions with investors.
