Crops in the French region of Normandy are under threat from the latest heatwave. A combination of high soil temperatures with hot winds can see crops wither in hours - dubbed the ‘hairdryer effect’ - it now threatens the region's food production. FRANCE 24's Daniel Quinlan reports.
