With the $100 speaker, Google is taking another swing at bringing AI directly into the home, with a product that lets you chat and engage with Gemini 24/7. The company has tried this idea before, but its previous devices were powered by an earlier, less-advanced platform called Google Assistant. So, is “the first audio device built for Gemini” truly a step forward and worth springing for upon its June 25 release?
