The discount in the Korean chipmaker’s shares to Micron’s is looking harder to justify as SK Hynix cements its lead in high-bandwidth memory, the chips powering Nvidia Corp.’s AI processors, money managers and analysts say. Plans to issue American depositary receipts next month would open the door to a fresh pool of investors and may be the catalyst that finally closes the gap, they say.
