GoreBox Game Owner ‘Heartbroken’ by Philippine School Shooting The developer of an online game that was banned by the Philippines after a deadly school shooting said he was “heartbroken” by the incident, pledging to cooperate with authorities in Manila. “I’m heartbroken by what happened in Tacloban,” Felix Filip, founder of Germany-based F2Games and the developer of GoreBox, said in an e-mailed response to questions. “My thoughts are with the families who lost their children, with everyone who was injured, and with the entire San Jose National High School community.
