The Dubai Financial Market General Index has gained about 11% in April-June quarter, more or less erasing its losses for 2026. While the rebound suggests Dubai’s broader investment case remains intact, the market remains well below levels it was trading at before the war started on Feb. 28, and many investors see the recovery as fragile.
