Dien May Xanh Investment JSC, an electronics retail chain unit of Mobile World Investment Corp., raised over 13.3 trillion dong ($505 million) in its initial public offering after receiving fewer bids for shares offered.
The company sold about 166.4 million shares at the IPO, or 93% of those offered, according to a statement on its website. The winning price for the share sale was 80,000 dong per share. Institutional investors accounted for 90% of the total subscriptions.
