Autonomous driving software company Wayve Technologies Ltd. has filed to sell shares on the London Stock Exchange’s new Private Securities Market, the first major company to test the novel system.
The London-based startup will hold a closed auction on the LSE’s platform on July 8, according to a post on the exchange’s website, confirming an earlier Bloomberg report. Wayve, last valued at $8.6 billion in a funding round in February, separately announced it would allow employees to sell $85 million worth of stock in a tender offer.
