A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder after the death of a teenager in Melbourne's north this week.
A staff member at the Craigieburn Community Hospital found a 15-year-old boy with stab wounds in the car park of the medical facility on Wednesday night.
Despite attempts to resuscitate the boy, he died at the scene.
Detectives from the Homicide Squad have now charged a 16-year-old boy with his murder. The boy was remanded in custody to front a children's court later today.
A 20-year-old Beveridge man was arrested along with the boy yesterday morning, and has since been charged with criminal damage by fire.
Police also arrested a 15-year-old girl overnight, charging her with affray and theft of a motor vehicle.
Both the man and girl have been bailed to front court at a later date.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Friday morning in relation to the death, and is being interviewed by police.
