'My dad died and saw hell - what happened there changed my life' The vision left him terrified but led him to make a major change A woman has shared how her dying dad saw a vision of hell and what he encountered changed her life. Sharing the horrifying experience she says it also saw him make a major change which brought him peace. Posting on social media she told how her dad, an alcoholic, had since died and as he was "not here to give it" she was sharing his testimony. She said: "I think some people need to hear this." She told on YouTube and TikTok, DaughterofChrist1011, told how her dad was ""great" until she turned seven when he became a "mean alcoholic". She said he tried to quit over the years but instead it got "worse and worse" until he finally developed cirrhosis of the liver. But it was just weeks before his death that he experienced a horrifying vision. She explained how she had gone in to see him in the hospital where he was being monitored but not on medication as he had refused it because he "didn't like it". She said nurses said it could be he was detoxing but she didn't believe it. She said: "I walked in to see him, and he was literally screaming and begging me to leave the room, and I was like, what's wrong, and he said, do you not see that the walls are on fire, you're gonna burn, you got to get out of here, you have to leave, and he was in panic mode." She added: "He described gnashing of the teeth. He described a smell that was so bad it literally made him sick, like sick sick. And he kept asking me, 'Do you not smell it? Do you not see those animals?'." She told how the creatures had teeth several inches long warning her: "They are going to kill you if you don't get out of here." She told that despite being young she knew her dad was "having a vision of hell". She said she believed "God was walking him through hell" to open his eyes, because he was a non-believer. In the past her dad had taken the whole family to church and even sang there but she said she didn't know if he "ever really truly believed in God". But she added: "I will never ever forget that day in the hospital. It has stuck with me all my life." Her father spent his final days in a hospice, and just before his death, he said he wanted to become a believer and accept Jesus into his heart. Her uncle, a preacher, was there at the time and they said a prayer with him. She said at that point the whole room went totally quiet despite there being man family members there. She said: "There was a piece that came over that room, and for the first time I truly, truly cried my hardest, because I knew he accepted Jesus, because I could feel it, I could feel the peace in the room." She told how the last time that he was fully awake, he was looking at the end of his bed. The room was dark with only the television on. She said: "He looked at the end of the bed, and he looked at me, and he said, 'Do you not see that bright light?' I looked at him, and I said, 'a bright light?' "And he said: "And there's my mama. My mom's at the foot of the bed. He said he seen his mom and a bright, bright, beautiful light. Well, he shut his eyes, and I got up and went over and sat at the table to do some stuff, and like five minutes later my cousin walked over to me, and she said he just took his last breath." Pleading with people to tackle any addiction, she said: "My dad could have been so much. He used to be a model when he ruined his life with alcohol. Get your hearts right, quit the addictions the best way you know how. "Get help, it's not worth it. Your life is precious, and there's so much to enjoy out here, and I know it's hard, but you can do it. Believe me, I know that you can do it."
