Multiple emergency services are said to be on the scene on the M3. UK Traffic Updates said: "All traffic is at a complete standstill, multiple ambulances & fire engines have passed. According to one traveller on X, motorists have been "sat stationary" since the crash caused lane closures acorss the M3 westbound. According to live traffic data by INRIX, the M3 Southbound is still blocked due to a collision nvolving a car and a motorcycle between J12 and J13. It adds congestion is backed up to J10 and is also affecting nearby roads through Twyord and Eastleigh Train Station as traffic diverts around the closure. Lane one of three is currently closed. The opposite side is also slow due to onlookers, it reports. National Highways has said the M3 in Hampshire is blocked westbound between J12 Eastleigh and J13 Southampton due to a collision.
