During a preliminary hearing in Provo on Tuesday, District Judge Tony Graf ruled that the previously unreleased video could be shown in court and made public. Prosecutors said the footage showed Robinson near the campus at several points on Sept. 10, 2025, the day Kirk was fatally shot while speaking outside to students. One clip shows an individual walking up the stairs of a parking structure, apparently with a limp. In another, a person is seen crossing a parking lot, while a separate image appears to show the individual holding an object. This is a breaking story...
