Should Be Delayed, Oregon Says Oregon’s attorney general is seeking a court order for Paramount Skydance Corp. to hand over documents related to its $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. and to delay closing the deal for 60 days while the state continues its antitrust probe. Paramount has been “dodging and delaying” a “straightforward” subpoena for merger-related documents while “racing to close its deal” before the state can finish its investigation, Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield said in a statement Tuesday night.
