A police spokesperson said: "Police are preparing a report for the Coroner following an incident at Mount Gambier this morning. Just before 9am on Saturday 11 July, emergency services were called to a Penola Road home after four occupants were found unconscious inside the property. "Sadly, a 55-year-old man died at the scene. Three other occupants were taken to hospital for treatment of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning.
