The Fair Work Commission has found the dismissal of a truck driver who set the temperature of a trailer full of ice cream too warm was valid. More than $73,000 worth of ice cream was defrosted after being picked up and driven by Jeremiah Manly last December. Mr Manly argued to the commission that he should not have been fired because he was not solely responsible for the incident, which the commission rejected.
