The boy was taken to Perth Children's Hospital but died from his injuries. A 48-year-old woman was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries. A man denied access to the ACT's voluntary assisted dying scheme has contested the decision in the territory's civil and administrative tribunal.
