KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. said in a statement Tuesday it had established a committee to review options that might also include an asset sale or the modification of its business plan. There is no timetable for the review or any guarantee that it will lead to a transaction or change in business plan, the company said, adding that it wouldn’t discuss the matter again until the process is completed.
