The second man was trapped inside the vehicle, and has suffered life-threatening injuries. The vehicle was struck just before 5am, and emergency services remain at the scene. Resources Health and Safety Queensland Chief Executive Claire Cooper said investigators and coal inspectors had been deployed to the site, and the organisation was working closely with the Queensland Police Service and the Queensland Ambulance Service to respond to the incident.
