Two 14-year-old girls are in hospital after crashing an allegedly stolen car in Melbourne's south-east last night. Victoria Police said a grey Honda Jazz rolled numerous times after the driver lost control of the car on Peninsula Link near the Cranbourne-Frankston Road exit. The 14-year-old driver was pulled from the overturned vehicle and taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her 14-year-old passenger was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The accident happened about 10:15pm. "Police are keen to speak to anyone who has dash-cam footage or who witnessed the driving behaviour of the grey Honda Jazz travelling in the area prior to the collision," a Victoria Police spokesperson said. Victoria Police said the car was allegedly stolen from outside a Chadstone gym on July 23. Anyone with information has been urged to contact CrimeStoppers on 1800 333 000.
