Durham Constabulary has identified the victim as Jaxon Hubery, from Bishop Auckland. Police said he was with a group of friends when he sustained serious injuries in the fall at premises at Woodhouses, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, about 2.45pm on Friday. Jaxon was taken to the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle, for treatment and died on Tuesday as a result of his injuries. Police said Jaxon’s family thanked those who have given them love and support through their ordeal. “They are also urging other parents to keep their children away from the area,” police said. Officers were working with the Health and Safety Executive to establish the circumstances.
