Yung Filly, real name Andres Barrientos, 30, has not been able to leave Australia without court permission since being charged with the violent sexual assault of the 20-year-old woman after a Perth nightclub concert in 2024. After a trial spanning eight days, a jury has cleared him of three counts of sexual penetration without consent. However, he was found guilty of two charges of assault causing bodily harm.
