Bomb Kills Three, Wounds 21 at Central Moscow Restaurant Three people were killed and 21 injured after a bomb was detonated in an upscale restaurant in central Moscow on Saturday night, according to Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee. “An improvised explosive device exploded in a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square at 7:55 p.m.,” the NAC said in a statement on its website. “The necessary operational search measures and investigative actions to establish all the circumstances of the incident are currently being carried out.”
