"This tour has been a beautiful experience for her. She loves her fans and has loved every minute of this tour so much." People also reports that a source close to the singer said she performed "healthily and successfully at a very high level night after night". "She performs a very physical show, and there is a lot of athleticism involved," the source said. The statement also confirmed that Grande would no longer appear in Sunday in the Park with George on the West End, during which she was set to reunite with her Wicked co-star Jonathan Bailey for the revival of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Pulitzer Prize-winning 1984 musical. Ms Rowlands says this highlights the need for sensitivity as no-one truly knows what anyone is experiencing. "This is why the intense commentary, over celebration of weight loss and pushing the extreme thinness ideal needs to stop," she said. "For celebrities, many are under constant scrutiny and commentary, which includes their body shape and size. "At the same time, we need to acknowledge that there has been a noticeable shift in conversations about weight as medications like GLP1s gain attention in Hollywood and popular culture, which have serious consequences for the non-celebrity folk." While Mindframe guidelines state it is not possible to detect if someone has an eating disorder based on their appearance, Ms Rowlands says early identification and intervention can reduce an eating disorder's severity and duration. "Seeking support from a healthcare professional as soon as you think something might be wrong is essential," she says. "It can be difficult to know how to start the conversation without doing further harm but approaching someone you love with care and compassion is critical as eating disorders are not a lifestyle choice."
