Infinx Services Pvt., a healthcare revenue cycle management company, is considering an initial public offering of as much as $300 million in India, according to people familiar with the matter, joining a growing pipeline of healthcare services firms seeking to tap the country’s buoyant equity markets.
The San Jose, California-based company — backed by KKR & Co. and Norwest Venture Partners — has invited investment banks to pitch for roles in the proposed share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the discussions are private. The IPO is planned for early next year, they said.
