"You are my best friend, and I love you more than life itself, I am so lucky to be able to call you my wife. You are my absolute princess, and I promise to always protect you." DJ Fat Tony, who is a friend of Brooklyn's parents and DJ'ed at his wedding, commented a string of heart emojis. While one fan said: "Happy Anniversary, this is true love, keep looking out for each other it's beautiful." Another added: "This is what a beautiful, healthy marriage looks like. Always putting your wife first." "A perfect and strong couple. It's so important in life to choose yourself—and the one you truly love." Nicola later shared her own tribute to Brooklyn, writing: "Happy anniversary, my love. You make life so beautiful. Thank you for being the most amazing husband I could ever dream of." They married at Nicola's family's large estate in Palm Beach, Florida, in April 2022, surrounded by friends and Brooklyn's family. But when it came to renewing his vows in August last year, his family were absent from the ceremony in Westchester, New York. Speaking about the ceremony, a source previously said: "He spoke from the heart - and at the centre of his heart is Nicola who he loves very dearly, but also the Peltz family who have really stuck by his side. He wanted to recognise them all, and was determined to do them all justice." It's claimed that Victoria and David found out about the vow renewal ceremony on an American news website. "This was the final kick in the teeth for David and Victoria," a source said, adding: "Seeing Nelson have such a pivotal role at the ceremony was heartbreaking for David, especially. Not one member of the 30-plus extended family knew about the wedding or were invited. "This is a family who feel they have lost their precious boy – and see no way back.
